It has been about three weeks since the release of Popcaan’s 19-track album and a documentary in is already in the works which is centred around the making of the project.
In an interview with The Fader, producer and Fixtape collaborator Creep Chromatic said there are two previews in which you can see snippets of a more in-depth look at the whole St Thomas experience, from hanging out by the river, the creation of the mixtape, visuals from when featured artistes voiced to just a deeper insight into the whole process.
The Fixtape is the culmination of nearly five years of work and a one month-long stay at the pop-up Unruly and Chromatic camps in St. Thomas.
Released on August 7th, The Fixtape debut on the billboard 200 charts on August 17th at number 94.
