The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle broke her silence last evening during
a speech delivered via video link to the graduating class of Immaculate Heart
High School in Los Angeles, Meghan’s former high school.
In declaring that black lives matter, Meghan revealed that she had not spoken about
George Floyd’s death before because she had been nervous.
Meghan apologised for her failure to speak out earlier, saying she
was not sure what she could say.
