Rapper Kanye West is now a billionaire and wants the world to know. Forbes Magazine finally gave Kanye the title after multiple requests from the rapper.
Earlier this month, the Magazine’s annual Global Billionaire list came out with West not being a part of it due to lack of documentation. According to Forbes, West directed his team to provide an authentic numerical look into Kanye Inc. After their review, Forbes confirmed Kanye is now worth a whopping $1.3 billion.
On the other hand, Forbes reported that West insisted that his worth stands at $3.3 billion, and he texted the magazine to say, “It’s $3.3 billion since no one at Forbes knows how to count.” But the figure of $1.3 billion still puts him on an exclusive list.
Kanye West is now worth more than his sister-in-law, Kylie Jenner who is the youngest self-made billionaire with her net worth of $1 billion.
