Kemar Bailey who escaped from the quarantine centre about 7:40p.m., on Monday March 9 is back in quarantine after he was picked up by the Police and a team from the Ministry of Health.
Reports are that about 2:00 morning (Tues), following a public advisory from the Police, Officers received information that he was at a location in the Waltham Park area.
An operation was conducted and he was held in the company of a female.
Investigations continue.
