Legendary basketball player Kobe Bryant and his daughter Gianna Bryant have been laid to rest. A funeral ceremony was held on Friday, February 7 in California but no cameras were allowed.
It was been reported that his wife Vanessa Bryant and the family members wanted a private service to mourn their loss.
A public memorial for the NBA star is slated to be held on February 24 at the Staples Center, home of the Los Angeles Lakers where Kobe attained renowned status.
Kobe and his daughter died in a helicopter crash on January 26 in California alongside 7 others while on their way to a basketball game at Mamba Academy.
