Dancehall artiste MonCherie who was missing in Alaska, United States, is now back with her family.
On November 19, 2019, the Anchorage police released images of the singer along with a detailed bulletin in their attempts to locate the 29-year-old singer, whose real name is Cherie Stoute.
According to the latest update posted on her official Instagram, “Cherie was found last night. She was found safe and is now getting medical attention at the moment.”
Over the last few days, several Dancehall/Reggae fans had been campaigning for the safe return of the singer. Their efforts were also acknowledged, “Thank you all for your prayers, and for sharing her story… for God is good!” the post continued.
MonCherie was born in St Lucia of Jamaican heritage. She spoke of her musical ambitions. She is best known for her Bay Bay and Gates of Heaven collaborations with Vybz Kartel.
