Kodak Black will be sentenced today (Wed).
Kodak has been behind bars in Miami’s Federal Detention Center since May when he was arrested just ahead of his 2019 Rolling Loud Miami Festival performance.
The South Florida rapper was arrested on federal firearms charges and decided to forgo a trial and pleaded guilty instead.
Kodak initially pled not guilty to the charges, but later changed his plea on August 22.
Kodak could be facing between four and 20 years in prison.
Each of the two counts he has been charged with carry a statutory minimum of 10 years.
Thus, the “ZEZE” rapper could be looking at up to 20 years in federal prison.
