The 38th Annual International Reggae and World Music Awards (IRAWMA) 2020 is to be held in Jamaica, following this year’s successful return to the country.
This is the fifth time in IRAWMA’s 38-year history that Jamaica has been the host country, and the second time for it to be held in Kingston.
The coveted red carpet IRAWMA celebration will be held at the newly opened, AC Marriott Hotel, 38 Lady Musgrave Road, in Kingston, Jamaica on Sunday, March 29, 2020.
President of Martin’s International Foundation, Ephraim Martin, made the announcement today.
The 2020 IRAWMA will honour the best of Reggae and World Music entertainers and others for the year 2019.
The nomination ballot for Reggae and World Music experts and others in the entertainment industry will be available online on December 1, 2019 for preliminary nominations for the best of 2019.
