18 ladies are gearing up for Miss Universe Jamaica’s Crowning night set for August 31.
The girls who are Jamaican, were selected out of 45 who entered.
Now since acquiring the Miss Universe Jamaica franchise in 2013, Uzuri International has seen two title-holders making the Top 10 at the Miss Universe finals.
The 2014 winner Kaci Fennell finished in fifth place, while 2017 winner Davina Bennett placed third. With that said, Organiser Mark McDermoth is hoping to cop the international title when Miss Universe 2019 is held come December 19, in South Korea.
