There’s a High Pressure Ridge across Jamaica.

The Met Office says this High Pressure Ridge and a low level Jet stream will remain the dominant feature for the next few days.

This morning will be partly cloudy across sections of northern parishes.

This afternoon expect isolated showers and thunderstorms mainly across inland areas western parishes , it will also be windy along southern parishes.

Tonight will become fair.

A Small Craft Warning remains in effect for offshore areas of the south coast due to strong winds and rough seas.

Maximum temperature expected for Kingston and Montego Bay today is 33 degrees Celsius.
