On Wednesday, American actor and TV show host Steve Harvey gave an emotional farewell during his final episode of ‘Steve’.

“Seven years coming to a close. This is good though, man. You gotta understand how it works. Your life ain’t nothing but a book. I happen to be 62 years old. I am in the middle of my 62nd chapter of the book that I’m writing. There are some good books in there, too, there are some good chapters and some bad chapters. And some chapters that lasted a little bit longer than I wanted to … But in this 62nd chapter, I got my finger on the corner of the page. All I’m doing is I’m about to turn it. I can’t wait to see what God’s got for me on that other page.”

In May, it was reported that Television broadcasting company NBC would cease distribution of the comedian’s talk show. According to hollywoodreporter.com, a new talk show from American singer-songwriter Kelly Clarkson will take Harvey’s time slot.

So, what is next for Steve Harvey?

The question stems from an Instagram post Steve made on Tuesday saying, “It may be end of the chapter, but it’s not the end of the book.” Then, his son Wynton Harvey commented, “If they only knew what was next.”

American talk show ‘Steve’ has been airing since September of 2017 with 310 episodes in 2 seasons. In 2015, the show received the Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Informative Talk Show Host.
