Recording artiste Popcaan has joined Prime Minister Andrew Holness in St Thomas for the ground breaking of the new Morant Bay Urban Center.
In videos posted to Mr Holness’ Twitter account the two shook hands after shovelling dirt at the site this morning.
in a series of tweets the Prime Minister also teased that he will be interviewing Popcaan, the video of which will be released soon.
In a preview clip, the Mr Holness speaks to Popcaan about the the criticism of different genres of music.
Popcaan, born Andre Sutherland, was born in St Thomas.
