Members of the Dancehall Community and other local celebrities issued congratulations to Queen of stage Spice for her win at the 2019 MTV Movies and TV Awards.
Spice shared the accomplishment on her Instagram on Monday night. She captioned the post,
“Bingi lingi lingi ling we just won MTV MOVIE AWARDS BABY 🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️🤸♀️ @mtv Yessssss #lhhatl walked away with the award for “Reality Royalty” so I now have a “MTV Movie awards” under my belt 😁”
Instantly, fellow Jamaican celebrities chimed in to congratulate Spice. There were comments from Shenseea, I-Octane, Vybz Kartel, Davina Bennett, Quite Perry, Tony Matterhorn, Romeich, Footah Hype, Tripple X, Wally British, Pamputtae, Cecile and more.
Spice was one of four cast members of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta that represented the franchise at the 2019 MTV Movie & TV Awards. The ceremony was held at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, California, on Sunday but the show was aired on Monday night. Love and Hip Hop Atlanta has been airing for 7 years and currently it is the dancehall entertainer’s second consecutive season on the series.
