Jamaican dancehall veteran Vybz Kartel, whose real name is Adidjah Palmer, made a surprise appearance at the 86th annual conference of the People’s National Party yesterday (September 15).
The “Fever” singer showed up with his attorney at law, Isat Buchanan, the former chairman of the PNP’s Human Rights Commission.
The crowd erupted as the “Enchanting” singer paved his way on stage, especially when some of his hits such as “Never Scared” and “Touch a Button”.
Maroon Cheif Richard Currie, leader of the Accompong Maroons, also made an appearance.
This is the first public appearance at a political event since Deejay’s release in July.
