This question stems from the many reports that ticket websites are crashing following the opening of the pre-sale on Monday. This is caused by a sudden flood of people trying to purchase tickets at the same time.
Many persons posted on Twitter saying how they were greeted with error codes on several ticket sites in the US, UK and Canada (including AMC and Cineplex), while others were faced with a waiting time of more than an hour.

So far from Endgame’s trailer, you learn that while Tony Stark drifts in space with no food or water, he sends a message to Pepper Potts as his oxygen supply starts to finish. Meanwhile, the remaining Avengers: Thor, Black Widow, Captain America and Bruce Banner must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown once again with Thanos, the evil demigod who decimated the planet and the universe.
