‘Kingston poised for Greatness”, says Entertainment Minister

With over 32,000 patrons attending Buju Banton’s Long walk to Freedom Concert at the National Stadium, Entertainment and Culture Minister Olivia Grange has noted that the capital Kingston is poised for greatness, having been declared a creative city by The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, Unesco.

While speaking with the Zee at the historic event which saw huge support from tourists from around the world, Minister Grange also says the country will know shortly, about Port Royal’s inscription on Unesco world heritage list, which she says will open up the city to opportunities within the tourism sector.
