It will take an estimated operational budget of $85 million to run the 109th staging of the ISSA Grace Kennedy Boys and Girls Athletics Championships which is set to run from March 26 to 30 at the National Stadium.
Of this, title sponsor Grace Kennedy announced at the launch yesterday (Wed) that they will be sponsoring the event to the tune of $80 million.
Additionally, Grace Kennedy’s respective brands will be spending $40 million, bringing the overall total spend to $120 million.
Meanwhile, over 3000 athletes will represent a record 113 boys schools and 108 girls schools at the event.
