Tottenham goalkeeper Hugo Lloris saved Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang’s penalty to earn a point against Arsenal.
Spurs captain Harry Kane had earlier scored from the spot to draw the home side level at Wembley.
Aaron Ramsey – who moves to Serie A champions Juventus in the summer – rounded Lloris to put the visitors ahead 16 minutes into his final derby.
The Gunners finished the game with 10 men following Lucas Torreira’s late red card for a tackle on Danny Rose.
