Incarcerated superstar Vybz Kartel is in a celebratory mood with today being Rihanna’s 31st birthday.
The Instagram account of the ‘Come Home’ deejay posted a Recording Industry Association of America RIAA gold plaque which highlights his contribution to pop star Rihanna’s first album ‘Music of the Sun’.
The album was released in 2005.
Rihanna’s remake of Dawn Penn’s ‘You Don’t Love Me’ featured vocals from the incarcerated superstar.
The album is certified gold in 4 countries including the United States and the UK and certified platinum in Canada.
