Things are looking grim for Sean "Diddy" Combs as he faces fresh abuse allegations from former Danity Kane member, Dawn Richard.
Richard has filed a lawsuit against Diddy, accusing him of verbal abuse, assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. According to TMZ, the lawsuit was submitted yesterday in the Southern District of New York.
In the lawsuit, Richard claims that she experienced abuse and intimidation during her time on MTV’s Making the Band as a member of Danity Kane.
The filing also alleges that Richard witnessed Combs abusing his former girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, and that she tried multiple times to offer Ventura support and encourage her to leave the relationship. “On many occasions, Ms. Richard tried to intervene, offering Ms. Ventura support and encouragement to leave Mr. Combs,” the lawsuit says.
