Halle Berry and ex-husband Olivier Martinez’s custody dispute is taking another turn, with their 13-year-old son, Maceo, reportedly wanting to tell a judge his side of the story.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Martinez claims Maceo wants to testify about an alleged September 26 confrontation with Berry and even took a photograph of his mother because he feared he would not be believed.
Martinez is also accusing Berry of misrepresenting their son’s medical care, alleging that his doctors agreed he should not take medication at the time. Berry has denied the abuse allegations, maintaining that she and Maceo were roughhousing rather than fighting.
Meanwhile, Berry’s 18-year-old daughter, Nahla, has submitted a sworn declaration defending her mother’s parenting, saying she never witnessed abusive behaviour.
The former couple is due back in court on October 16, although it remains unclear whether Maceo will be allowed to testify. For now, the allegations remain disputed as the contentious custody battle continues.
