Elephant Man and his lawyer have provided details following a meeting with Police Officers over a viral video.
In the video, a person believed to be the recording artiste is seen handling what is suspected to be an illegal firearm after it was handed to him by a female.
The police launched an investigation after the Firearm Licensing Authority, FLA, declared that the entertainer did not possess a firearm permit.
Elephant says he has always tried to stay on the right side of the law.
