The duo shared in an unbroken third-wicket stand of 109 as the Windies piled up a massive 161 for 2 from their 20 overs.
Dottin led the way with an unbeaten 90 from 60 balls that included 8 fours and 4 sixes.
Nation meanwhile slammed 4 fours and 2 sixes to bring up her maiden T20I 50 from just 35 deliveries.
