Chris Brown intends to sue for defamation after he was released without charge following rape allegations.
Brown denied reports that he raped a woman in Paris, France over the weekend.
While he has been released, the investigation continues.
The 24-year-old woman told local police that Brown sexually assaulted her in the Mandarin Oriental hotel on January 15.
Chris Brown was then taken into custody along with two associates.
