Performance-Based Salary Increments Resume for Eligible Public Sector Workers

Share

The Ministry of Finance is reminding eligible public sector workers that annual performance-based salary increments have resumed.

Employees who achieve a performance assessment score of 75% or higher and meet the required standards can move up within their salary band.

The annual increments are meant to recognise and reward employees for good job performance.

The ministry says the programme also promotes fairness, accountability and productivity across the public sector.
