The National Water Commission (NWC) will implement water regulation measures from July 3 at the Constant Spring Water Treatment Facility due to declining inflows at the Hermitage Dam.
The dam is currently at 65.4 per cent of its 393.5 million-gallon capacity following the ongoing dry spell.
Under the new schedule, some communities will receive water during the day while others will be supplied overnight.
The NWC is urging customers to store water when available and use it wisely during periods of restricted supply.
