West Indies head coach Daren Sammy has praised batting coach Floyd Reifer for his role in the team’s recent improvement with the bat.
Sammy made the comments after West Indies secured a record-breaking innings victory over Sri Lanka in the opening Test, their first Test win in over two years.
The match featured a 401-run sixth-wicket partnership between Amir Jangoo and Roston Chase, helping West Indies post 626 for nine declared.
