Jamaican athlete Shantae Foreman produced a massive personal best jump of 6.69m to finish second in the women's long jump at the NCAA Division I Outdoor Championships in Oregon.
The Clemson University standout improved on her previous best of 6.47m and recorded the 10th-best jump ever by a Jamaican woman.
On the track, Dejanae Oakley led the 400m qualifiers with 49.93 seconds, while Gabrielle Matthews advanced to both the 100m and 200m finals.
Janela Spencer and Tonie-Ann Forbes also secured spots in the 100m hurdles final, but Oneka Wilson did not advance.
