The international football tournament's opening ceremonies featured three massive lineups taking place in Mexico, Canada and the United States today.
Football and music jammed out to performances from popular recording artists, including Shakira, J Balvin, BLACKPINK’s LISA, Katy Perry, Tyla, Alanis Morissette, Anitta, Michael Bublé, Alessia Cara and others.
Shakira and Burna Boy led the show in Mexico, which will take place at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.
Meanwhile, Bublé and Morissette are featured at the top of the lineup for Canada’s festivities, held at BMO Field, temporarily renamed Toronto Stadium.
Katy Perry headlines the ceremony in Los Angeles at SoFi Stadium, ahead of Team USA’s first match against Paraguay.
All roads lead to the very first World Cup halftime show in New York on July 19, led by Madonna, BTS and Shakira.
