Apple has unveiled Siri AI, a major upgrade to its digital assistant, during its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC).
The new Siri will be more conversational, understand images, remember past interactions, and work across Apple devices and apps.
Apple said the assistant was built with privacy at its core and will be available in beta later this year on supported devices set to English.
The company also announced new child-safety features and expanded its AI strategy through its partnership with Google’s Gemini technology.
