Seven-time Olympic champion Simone Biles has revealed she suffered a serious health scare, describing it as “almost dying.”
The American gymnast shared Instagram posts showing hospital wristbands and a heart-rate monitor while saying it was one of the scariest experiences of her life.
Biles said she is currently resting in bed and did not give details of the incident, adding she will explain “sooner or later.”
She also thanked her close circle for their support, including visits, messages, and flowers during her recovery.
