Elba, known for roles in The Wire, Luther, and The Harder They Fall, attended the event with his wife, Sabrina Elba.
He was honoured in the King's New Year Honours List for his charitable work through the Elba Hope Foundation, which supports youth empowerment and sustainable development.
Elba and his wife were also recently featured in Time's Time100 package for their humanitarian efforts.
