Jamiacan Chef Darian Bryan has been crowned champion of Fox’s Next Level Chef, defeating two finalists after emerging from a 24-contestant field of professional, home, and social media chefs.
Throughout the competition, Bryan consistently showcased Jamaican and Caribbean flavours, earning praise for his creative interpretation of traditional cuisine.
In the finale, he leaned into his roots with dishes inspired by Jamaican pepper shrimp and escovitch-style cooking.
Bryan said the win was a blessing and credited his Jamaican heritage and inspiration from chef Gordon Ramsay as key motivators in his journey.
