Lil Tjay Opens Up About Offset Feud and Casino Shooting Incident

Share

Lil Tjay has opened up about his ongoing friction with Offset, claiming he once loaned the rapper $10,000 after allegedly witnessing him asking for money at a casino.
Speaking on The Breakfast Club with DJ Envy, Charlamagne tha God, Jess Hilarious, and Loren LoRosa, Tjay claimed he stepped in to help, but later became frustrated after allegedly seeing Offset spending money at a strip club instead of repaying the debt.
The comments have quickly sparked conversation online, particularly as the pair were recently at the centre of a violent altercation. In April 2026, Offset was shot in the leg during a physical confrontation outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida. Lil Tjay was arrested at the scene and charged with disorderly conduct and affray; however, he has denied any involvement in the shooting itself, subsequently labelling Offset a "rat" for his alleged cooperation with the police.
Still, despite the escalating tension, Tjay says he is not interested in dragging the situation out. He admitted he actually feels some sympathy for Offset and remains open to moving past the conflict rather than allowing it to remain a permanent "beef".
