Offset is facing a new lawsuit from producer ChaseTheMoney over alleged unpaid fees for the track “Worth It” on his album Set It Off.
The producer claims he is owed $20,000 and royalties, while Offset insists a prior agreement was already made and honored.
The dispute has escalated into a countersuit, with both sides contesting the terms of the original deal.
The legal battle adds to a series of recent issues for Offset, including a lawsuit from MotorCity Casino Hotel over unpaid debt.
He was also recently injured in a shooting in Hollywood, Florida, as investigations into that incident continue.
