New Reggae Music Friday!

Share

Reggae artistes Ras-I, Buju Banton and Protoje are shouldering New Music Friday with fresh singles Oya and Butterflies and the long-awaited album The Art of Acceptance, respectively.
Ras-I's Oya  sees the new-school reggae act linking up with dancehall's Govana for a sultry track, celebrating love and femininity for the ladies.
Veteran reggae and dancehall star Buju Banton's long-teased Butterflies has arrived on streaming platforms, while he is set to host an exclusive listening and launch event this evening in Kingston.
Protoje's The Art of Acceptance has finally arrived after a months-long rollout that saw star-studded single releases: At Wi Feet featuring Damian Marley, Goddess featuring Shenseea, and, most recently, Ting Loud featuring Masicka. The album boasts 13 tracks featuring more collaborations with artistes  Jesse Royal, Pressure Buss Pipe and Stephen Marley. The artiste held a cinematic listening event at Carib Theatre in Kingston earlier this week.
