Attorney Donnovan Collins says he will pursue full justice for his client, Nickholos Chambers, who claims he was brutally assaulted by police in Rio Bueno on March 13.
A viral video shows Chambers being repeatedly kicked, punched, and struck with a baton by officers before being taken into custody and later released without charge.
Collins criticized the Jamaica Constabulary Force and is calling for intervention from Horace Chang and Kevin Blake.
He also confirmed plans to report the matter to oversight bodies and file a lawsuit against the authorities.
