The 2024 Caribbean Music Awards will take place tomorrow (Thurs) at Brooklyn's Kings Theatre.
Hosted by Queen of the Dancehall Spice and comedian Majah Hype, the event will celebrate Caribbean music and culture, with performances by artists like Tee Jay, Nailah Blackman, and Morgan Heritage.
Stars such as Machel Montano, Dexta Daps, and Shaggy will also make special appearances.
Dexta Daps leads the nominations with eight, followed by Skinny Fabulous with six.
Cedella Marley and Rita Marley will receive the Legacy Award, "Queen of Reggae" Marcia Griffiths the Lifetime Achievement Award, and “Queen of Soca” Alison Hinds will be honored with the Elite Icon Award.
