Jamaican Superstar Sean Paul says he was heartbroken to see how hurricane Melissa severely affected the livelihoods of Jamaicans residing in the western end of the island, and sprung into action immediately to assist those affected.
The cat-5 storm battered several parishes including Westmoreland, St. Elizabeth, St. James & Trelawny on October 28, claimed at leased 45 lives and left a trail of destruction.
The Zee spoke with the entertainer, at the 'I love Jamaica' telethon concert on Sunday, to raise funds to support the nation’s recovery efforts.
Through his Foundation, in partnership with Food for the Poor (FFTP) Jamaica and other charity organisations, Sean Paul talks about the initiatives implemented so far to bring some relief to communities.
