Parton recently withdrew from a Dollywood event, after being treated for a kidney stone and admitted she had neglected her health following her husband’s death earlier this year.
She expressed gratitude for the support and prayers she received, joking about a circulating AI image that falsely depicted her on her deathbed with fellow country star Reba McEntire.
Her sister Freida Parton later apologized for alarming fans with her earlier Facebook post about Dolly’s health.
