Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been sentenced to 4 years in prison.

Judge Arun Subramanian has sentenced the Hip-Hop heavy hitter to 50 months in prison equating four years and two months.

According to Subramanian this sentence is fair, taking into account severity of Combs’ crimes and the mitigating factors.

The hip hop mogul was convicted of repeatedly flying people across the US for sexual encounters he called "freak-offs", including his girlfriends and male sex workers.

Previously, Judge Subramanian said Combs could be jailed for six to seven years and the prosecution wanted him to serve at least 11 years in prison.

Meanwhile, Combs' lawyers asked for 14-months.

Combs was convicted on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution, and his sentencing followed an address he gave to the court where he apologized to his victims and victims of domestic violence overall.
