Tom Holland was injured on the set of Spider-Man: Brand New Day on Friday.
The actor suffered a mild concussion and will take a break from filming for the next few days out of an abundance of caution.
Details surrounding Holland’s accident remain unknown. Nobody else was injured during the incident, and production will continue.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day, the fourth film in the franchise, is due in theaters on July 31, 2026.
While Jon Watts directed Holland in the previous three Spider-Man films, the new installment sees Destin Daniel Cretton in the director’s chair.
Last month, Sony released a video of Holland on set, marking his first time back as Spider-Man since 2021’s Spider-Man: No Way Home.
