Alkaline has hit yet another milestone, and we are here for it!
The Vendetta Boss's 2015 hit “Fleek” just passed 100 million views on YouTube, making it his most-watched video to date.
The single, which was produced by True Royal on the Money Mi A Look riddim, has remained a fan favourite even a decade later, thanks to its catchy hook and sharp delivery.
This makes “Fleek” the fourth Dancehall track this year to cross 100 million views, joining Byron Messia’s “Talibans”, Moliy’s “Shake It To The Max Remix” featuring Skillibeng and Shenseea, and Skeng & Tommy Lee Sparta’s “Protocol”.
Producer True Royal celebrated the moment on Instagram yesterday (August 24), thanking Alkaline and giving a nod to his sister-manager, KereBerry.
Alkaline’s second-biggest video, “Ride On Me (Remix)” with Sean Kingston, sits at over 65 million views.
The "Spoil You" singer also continues to rank among YouTube’s top Jamaican acts, with 2.46 million subscribers, behind Spice, Shenseea, Damian Marley, Bob Marley, and Sean Paul.
