Dream Entertainment has confirmed that Dream Weekend 2026 will be hosted in Montego Bay from July 30 to August 4, marking a major shift for the popular event.
The announcement came during a launch event at Pier One on Wednesday evening, where Kamal Bankay, Chairman of Dream Entertainment Limited, shared details of the upcoming celebration.
For years, Negril has been Dream Weekend's traditional home, but organisers say the move to Montego Bay is a strategic step to expand the event’s reach.
Potential venues under consideration include Harmony Beach Park, the Aqueduct, and the Montego Bay Convention Centre.
Bankay expressed appreciation to Negril for its longstanding support, while highlighting that Montego Bay offers the resources and infrastructure needed to take Dream Weekend to the next level.
