Jamaica has recorded 9 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 2, 034.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 72 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 86, 456.
Of the new cases, 34 are males, 38 females with ages ranging from 11 days to 97 years.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 22, followed by St. Catherine and St. James with 14 each.
145 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 54, 569.
There are 29, 264 active cases.
