Jamaica has recorded 8 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 1, 693.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 638 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 74, 645.
Of the new cases, 271 are males, 366 females, with ages ranging from 1 day to 97 years-old
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 140, followed by St. Catherine with 126 and Manchester 65.
104 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 49, 335.
