Jamaica has recorded 7 more Covid-19 deaths, pushing that tally to 1,049.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 46 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 49, 841.
Of the new cases, 17 are males, 29 females, with ages ranging from 1 year to 91 years.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 18, followed by St. Catherine with 8.
192 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 29, 322.
There are 19, 108 active cases.
