Jamaica has recorded 6 more Covid-19 related deaths, pushing that tally to 2, 129.
The Ministry of Health is also reporting 56 new positive cases, pushing the country’s total confirmed cases to 87, 723.
Of the new cases, 24 are males, 32 females with ages ranging from 8 months to 96 years.
Kingston and St. Andrew had the highest number of cases with 19, followed by St. Catherine 9.
119 persons have recovered in the last 24 hours, pushing total recoveries to 55, 946.
There are 29, 050 active cases.
