Did 50 Cent just sneak a jab at T.I.? Fans think so.
The rapper recently dropped “No One Told Us What We’re Here For,” the official theme for the upcoming Power Origins series, featuring smooth vocals from Leon Thomas. The track fits right into the Power universe vibe, but one eyebrow-raising lyric quickly got social media talking.
In his verse, 50 references Atlanta in a line that listeners believe could be a slick jab at the Harris family. Some fans think the line might be aimed at T.I.’s son, King Harris, while others tossed Domani Harris into the theory pile too.
Nothing has been confirmed, of course. And honestly, that might be exactly how 50 likes it.
And because this is 50 Cent we’re talking about, the timing made things extra spicy. Just days earlier, he stirred up chatter after reacting to reports that he might be developing a documentary about T.I. A now-deleted Instagram post showed a headline about a rumored project titled “Surviving T.I.” supposedly in the same investigative style as the documentary he previously produced about Sean “Diddy” Combs.
Instead of confirming anything, 50 casually reminded everyone how quiet he got before that Diddy documentary dropped. Then he added that T.I. might face questions about past allegations during his promo run. T.I. and his wife, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, have denied those claims, and several related lawsuits have since been dismissed.
To stir the pot even more, he posted the song alongside a photo with Eminem, briefly making fans think a diss-track link-up was brewing. Meanwhile, T.I. hasn’t addressed the lyric directly but did post a subtle challenge telling 50 to make his move.
Intentional shade or clever wordplay? Hard to say. But one thing’s certain: people definitely pressed play once they heard there might be a diss. And quietly winning in all of this is Leon Thomas, who keeps stacking wins with those vocals… woo chile!
