Rapper 50 Cent is hinting that he might be retiring from the rap game after his next album.
Over on Instagram, the ‘Get Rich or Die Tryin’ rapper declared that his next album might be his last. “Smile my next album might be my last, I terrorized hip hop for 14 years, don’t believe me Nielsen, the numbers will never lie but i’m nobody’s favorite Smh”.
50 also declared himself as one of the greatest top 10 rappers dead or alive, “Nah I’m Top 10 dead or alive”, he wrote.
The 46-year-old rapper has been contemplating retirement for some time now. Back in 2007, he had said he would retire during his then beef with fellow rapper Kanye West. 50’s last studio album was 2014’s Animal Ambition, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200, with first-week sales of 46,000 copies.
